Testimony Video: U.S. Commission on Civil Rights Hearing

The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights held a hearing on the implications of anti-immigrant sentiments for civil rights. Representatives of immigrants rights groups and of the immigration and naturalization service testified before the commission. Mary Frances Berry was the commission's chairperson at the time of the hearing. Jack Martin, formerly Director of Research and Programs of the Center for Immigration Studies, participated in the hearing.
