Panelists talked about U.S. immigration policy and the potential impact of anti-terrorism efforts. Among the issues they addressed were the degree of the threat from immigrants, levels of immigration, and immigrant communities. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience. George Washington University hosted the debate. Panelists included Mark Krikorian of the Center for Immigration Studies, Amitai Etzioni of George Washington University, Kathleen Newland of the Migration Policy Institute, and Jose Pertierri of Cambio Cubano.
