Fellow

Professor Ting has been a fellow of the Center since 2003. He is a former Assistant Commissioner of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. He is currently Professor of Law at the Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Oberlin College, and received his M.A. in Asian Studies from the University of Hawaii.
