The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars hosted a panel on June 3, 2008 entitled "The Economic Effect of Immigration: Implications for Income and Employment of Low-Skill Labor in the United States." Mark Kirkorian and Tamar Jacoby debated before a diverse academic audience. Time was allotted for rebuttals and questions, however, only the opening statements are featured in this video.
